&lt;div&gt;&lt;span&gt;Zaujimavy beh hlavne po predoslych 8Km. Pocasie bolo fajn, bezalo sa mi tiez super..ale najzaujimavejsie boli pre mna urcite Strides (20 sekund pomaly, 2 minuty rychlo) po skoro piatych kilometroch bolo zlozitejsie sa poriadne rozbehnut a zacat dychat rychlejsie, kedze som bezal pomale tepmo. Pre mna bolo nutne sa sustredit na tem vypad, pretoze som bol spoteny a unaveny, ale napriek tomu som vyrazil z tempa 6:21 min/km (rychlost: 9.46km/hr) na tempo 4:05 min/km (rychlost: 14.24km/hr) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;Potom sa treba po rychlych 20 sekundach vydychat a pripravit sa na dalsie rychle dve minuty. Ale myslim ze najdolezitejsie je nezastat a bezat dalej :)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span&gt;Pre mna uz v podstate ako rutina 6.4km slow, znamena pomaly beh, co najskor sa dostat do tempa a dobre dychat. Nezalezi na pocasi, pocitoch, proste idem do toho a  nech to mam za sebou. &lt;div class="separator"&gt;&lt;span&gt;A je to tu opat, moje oblubene strides ale tento raz iba po troch kilometroch (hovorim si). Na to aky bol beh kratky, dal mi celkom zabrat, ale to mohlo byt aj tym ze zrana som absolvoval trening s kamaratmi, ktory tiez dal dobre zabrat :) Co mi beh najviac zhorsilo bolo silne a neprijemne pichanie pod plucami  na lavej strane. Nastastie som sa nevzdal a bolest som rozdychal. Strides som si opat uzil, striedat rychly beh s pomalym, je to celkom sranda :)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div class="clearfix"&gt;&lt;span&gt;Samozrejme si vyberam ist behat, pretoze dnesny trening pozostava z jeden fazy a to 3.2Km. Vonku nie je chladno, ale prsi a mam pocit, ze prestava a tak sa obliekam a idem von. V tom si vsimam sms od Katky, ktora pise: &amp;#8220;Tak pojdem s tebou.. Nie som daka padavka..&amp;#8221; Dohadujeme miesto stretnutia a vyrazam z domu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="clearfix"&gt;&lt;span&gt;Vybehnem von, vsade same mlaky a tmave ulicky. Zapinam &lt;a href="http://runkeeper.com/" target="_blank"&gt;Runkeeper&lt;/a&gt; a zacinam bezat, nadychujem sa a citim prirodu, ktora sa ako keby cez pluca dostava do vnutra mojho tela, krasny pocit. Snurky zatiahnute, kapuca na hlave a moje kroky vyhybajuce sa mlakam. Hudba mi hra do usi a kvapky padaju na kapucu, prichadzam ku Katkinej brane a Pause-ujem &lt;a href="http://runkeeper.com/" target="_blank"&gt;Runkeeper&lt;/a&gt;. Na Katku cakam samozrejme nejaku chvilku aj napriek tomu, ze mi do telefonu pred 5minutami povedala, ze uz sa obuva :) Katka prisla dole, zapinam &lt;a href="http://runkeeper.com/" target="_blank"&gt;Runkeeper&lt;/a&gt; a &amp;#8220;Bezime si svoje&amp;#8221;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div class="clearfix"&gt;&lt;span&gt;Pekny zazitok, ktory by obycajny clovek mohol oznacit za jasny zapal pluc sme si nastastie nenechali ujist a dobre sme si zabehli aj v dazdi. Dazd ako som predpokladal aj prestal kym sme dobehali. Neprijemne akurat bolo to, ze som sa v robote nestihol najest a behat som isiel s prazdnym zaludkom, ktory mi beh zneprijemnoval, ale nastastie to boli iba 3Km.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong class="_36"&gt;Dnes sme pripomínali zajkov na poly, preskakovanie mlák bolo v tomto behu caste, obchadzanie a vyhybanie sa mlakovym tekutým prekazkam tiez &lt;span class="emoticon emoticon_smile"&gt;&lt;/span&gt; , vietor a kvapky dazda nam šlahali do tváre, fukalo, prsalo, ale nic cloveka neodradi ani pocasie, ani mlaky a mokre čvachtanice v topankach, ani to ze je v praci dva dni 12 hodin, len nasa vizia a odhodlanie byt srdcom blízko tomuto sportu, ktorý cloveka naplna a posuva, inspiruje, uci ho prekonavat sameho seba. Clovek je v tej chvily spaty s prirodou a so samym sebou, preziva hlbsie pritomny okamzik, hoci pocuva svoju oblubenu hudbu, pocuje svoj dych, svoje srdce byt rychlejsie a ked uz naozaj nevladze povie si, vsak nemozem byt horsi a zastavit ked ten vedla mna este bezi.&lt;span class="emoticon emoticon_pacman"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span class="_36"&gt;&lt;span class="_36"&gt;&lt;span class="_36"&gt;&lt;span class="_36"&gt;&lt;span class="_36"&gt;&lt;span class="_36"&gt;&lt;span class="_36"&gt;Ludia nadavaju na pocasie, tiez by sme si mohli povedat och prsi zase, fuck you, ale co tak vytazit z toho nieco pozitivne pre nas..NO NAPRIKLAD no keby sme boli smadny tak by sme vyplazili jazyky, cize sme si nemuseli brat so sebou flase s vodou, &lt;span class="emoticon emoticon_pacman"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; jedno pozitivum, tiez bola lepsia vyditelnost, lebo sa od mokrych ciest odrazalo svetlo, tiez sme mali prekazky, ktore nam robili mlaky a okoloiduce trolejbusy ako na bezeckom prekazkovom maratone a tiez beh nebol stereotypny tym ze prsalo a tiez bol osviezujuci lebo osviezoval trciace koncatiny.. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Jar si sice predstavujem inak, ale dnesne pocasie nebolo prekazkou, skor dlzka treningu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;Zaciatok bol velmi dobry a tak to pokracovalo dalej, problem s dychom som mal jedine ked som siahol do vrecka pre kapesnik, ale hned potom dych stabilizoval a bolo po probleme. Trufol by som si povedat, ze som nevladal iba do cca 5kilometru, kde som si vzdy opakoval kolko mi este zostava. Ale postupne som nadobudol pocitu, ze nebeham ale chodim, len sa tak prechadzam ako okolo iduce mami s detmi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;Tento pocit mi velmi pomohol stabilizovat beh a nerozmyslat nad tym, kolko mi este zostava, alebo ci este vobec vladzem. Cize za najtazsi usek by som povazoval zaciatok a neskor sa to lepsilo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div&gt;Po prichode jari na slovensko som bol prinuteny prelozit tento beh na dalsi den, kedze prisla jar a s nou aj sneh a opat minusove teploty, no nakoniec som sa odhodlal . Beh mi zhorsovali nie moc prijemne podmienky ako sneh, mlaky a chladne pocasie. Koniec koncov behalo sa dobre aj bez rukavic a omrznutymi rukami&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;Teraz k tomu dolezitemu, tento trening spocival v pomalom behu na 4.83km a potom striedavo 3x 20sekund rychlo / 2x 2minuty pomaly&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;Velmi som sa na tento trening tesil a aj ma to ku koncu potesilo, ze bezim nieco ine ako slow tempo, ktore je pocase trochu zdlhave, ale dobre sa pri tom kontroluje dychanie. Po 4.83km som teda mal vydat zo seba co najviac na 20sekund, rychlost sa da vidiet v linku (&lt;a href="http://runkeeper.com/user/Skasil/activity/160876833?&amp;amp;tripIdBase36=2ns5cx" target="_blank"&gt;RunKEEPer&lt;/a&gt;) &lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div&gt;&lt;span&gt;Dnesny trening bol uz viac menej klasika: 6.44km slow tempo ma nicim neprekvapilo, no pocasie bolo horsie, kedze ma vietor nechcel pustit dalej a fukal oproti skoro celu dobu. Pravdepodobne som si vybral zlu trasu, ale tesilo ma ze sneh a mlaky ustupili a teda nebolo treba tak dokonale sledovat trasu, po ktorej bezim a dalo sa viac sustredit na beh a dych. Konecne som si zobral aj rukavice, ktore boli naozaj potrebne, ale najradsej by som uz bol keby som ich nepotreboval a zacalo by sa oteplovat. Co je dolezite, mam z behania ale velmi dobry pocit, dokonca ma otuzuje a zima nevadi az tak ako inokedy :)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Dnesny beh som zacinal neskor ako by som chcel s chladnym pocasim a zapadajucim slnkom, ktore nebolo ani vidiet, pretoze obloha bola cela zamracena. Vysiel som z brany a na trave sneh, to bol prvy sok, druhy hned ako som sa nadychol!&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &amp;#8220;Jeden stupen pod nulou a stmieva sa, velmi dobry napad ist si zabehat&amp;#8221; hovorim si. No zvladol som to pomerne dobre, ziadny problem s dychom iba mrznuce ruky boli trochu neprijemne, kedze som si nezobral rukavice, aspon som sa poucil do buducna. Vreckovka vo vacku pre tecuci sopel, je vychytavka z predosla, asi sa neda vsetko naraz ;)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Zle, ale nie najhorsie boli prve tri kilometre potom to uz islo lahsie, ale pre zly playlist som po 4km spomaloval, ale to pre mna nebolo zle kedze som bezal avg.pace: 7:03min/km a pri tomto treningu mam/mozem bezat slow(8min/km-10min/km)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Kazdopadne poucenie do buducna, najlepsie bezat cim skor kym svieti slnko, nefuka a je dobre viditelna trasa. Vecernemu behaniu sa chcem co najviac vyhnut, pretoze je to jednak nebezpecnejsie a kedze neviem kde beham je to omnoho nudnejsie. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Dnesny beh by som hodnotil na 1, ale treba uznat ze je to stale iba zaciatok trening den 7 a treti trening. Ale bezalo sa mi vyborne, dychalo sa mi super a to je dolezite. Na pomale tempo sa da velmi rychlo a lahko zvyknut, horsie je to potom dostat sa na rychlejsie atd&amp;#8230;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Pocasie bolo dnes velmi klamlive, slnko tu svietilo uz z rana, no ja som sa vybral behal na obed, videl som dve postarsie panie behan a tiez jedneho pana, velka motivacia a velky usmev na tvari :)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;prajem prijemny &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;Den 5 pretoze vcerajsi beh som musel vynechat a nahradil som ho dnes. Byt v Praci do 21 nie je prijemna zalezitost a tiez je to dost unavene, po osobnich skusenostiach beham radsej doobeda ako poobede. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;Dnesny beh mi zhorsovalo pocasie (&lt;a href="http://shmu.sk" target="_blank"&gt;shmu.sk&lt;/a&gt;: 3stupne, Iphone: 2stupne) a inak to pravdepodobne nebude ani cez vikend. O to je to pre mna vacsia motivacia rozhodnut sa ist von a spravit nieco pre seba.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;Mrznuce ruky a tecuci sopel, tieto dve veci mi zhorsovali dostat sa do mojho tempa pre dnesny trening, ale tiez mizerne pohlady ludi, ktore som sa snazil ignorovat. Napriek tomu ked sa na vas nieco pozrie cez okno z auta ako by ste boli lietajuci drak je to zaujimavy pocit :) Najhorsie bolo donutit sa ist behat, lenivost ma skrz toto chladne pocasie premahala, ale ked som sa dostal von a zacal som, citil som sa vo svojom!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
